Yves Saint Laurent Store Director
Saint Laurent, a distinguished name in the luxury fashion industry, was established in 1961 and became a pioneer in prêt-à-porter with its revolutionary 'Rive Gauche' collection in 1966. - Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent in alignment with headquarters' directives.
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze results and assess performance through KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the selling floor.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, and sustainability standards.
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Dynamic and proactive approach.
- Strong listening and communication abilities.
- Curiosity and willingness to take risks.
A minimum of 4 to 6 years in a managerial retail position, preferably within the luxury sector, with experience leading teams of 10 or more.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Base compensation range is $120,000 – $135,000 with bonus eligibility.
