1. Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent in alignment with headquarters' directives.
3. Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
4. Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
5. Analyze results and assess performance through KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
6. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the selling floor.
7. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, and sustainability standards.
9. Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
4. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5. Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

A minimum of 4 to 6 years in a managerial retail position, preferably within the luxury sector, with experience leading teams of 10 or more.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Base compensation range is $120,000 – $135,000 with bonus eligibility.
