2. Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor and nurturing client relationships.
3. Develop and execute action plans to meet overall targets and profit and loss objectives.
4. Set and achieve specific quantitative and qualitative goals.
5. Provide high-quality feedback and analysis to headquarters and team members.
6. Stay informed about market trends and competitors to maintain business awareness.
7. Foster a positive work environment through open communication to motivate the team.
8. Ensure continuous professional growth and training of team members through coaching and development.
9. Create development plans for sales staff and management to enhance performance.

13. Address customer complaints and sales process issues appropriately.
14. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
15. Challenge and improve current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
16. Oversee warehouse stock and align it with store sales potential, in coordination with the Merchandising Retail Director.
17. Manage inventory activities and collaborate with Back Office operations for optimal stockroom management.

1. 3 - 5 years of successful managerial experience.
2. Extensive experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
