- Maintain store atmosphere in line with brand image.
- Ensure team behaviors and store appearance align with Saint Laurent's service standards and values.
- Address customer complaints and sales process issues appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
- Challenge and improve current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee warehouse stock and align it with store sales potential, in coordination with the Merchandising Retail Director.
- Manage inventory activities and collaborate with Back Office operations for optimal stockroom management.
- 3 - 5 years of successful managerial experience.
- Extensive experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Adaptability, transparency, and dynamism.
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Exceptional persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.
