1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Establish and uphold the highest standards of store environment and customer service.
3. Implement and promote a culture of Retail Excellence at the store level.
4. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
5. Ensure optimal organization of products, processes, and personnel in alignment with business strategy.
6. Identify, recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
