- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, attract, recruit, and retain talent while fostering a positive store culture.
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze results and conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly assessments using KPIs.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 2 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of CRM is advantageous.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Dynamic and proactive approach.
- Strong listening abilities and curiosity.
- Risk-taking capability.
2 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, with a background in luxury goods or retail sales.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
