- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with headquarters' directives.
- Foster a positive store culture.
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff using a coaching approach.
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze results and conduct regular assessments of KPIs.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
- Maintain high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization standards.
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
- Adaptability and openness.
- Risk-taking and dynamic approach.
- Strong listening abilities and curiosity.
4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, particularly in luxury goods or retail.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Base compensation range is $135,000 – $150,000 with bonus eligibility.
