1. Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent in alignment with Headquarters' directives.
3. Foster a positive store culture.
4. Ensure professional growth and training of staff using a coaching approach.
5. Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
6. Analyze results and conduct regular assessments of activities and KPIs.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
8. Maintain high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
9. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operation.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
11. Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
3. Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
4. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5. Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, with significant exposure to luxury goods or retail sales.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
