1. Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent in alignment with headquarters' directives.
3. Foster a positive store culture and ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
4. Set and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
5. Analyze performance metrics and conduct assessments on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
6. Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
7. Maintain a high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
8. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
9. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization standards.
10. Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.

4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably in luxury goods.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
