- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent in alignment with headquarters' directives.
- Foster a positive store culture and ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Set and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and conduct assessments on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
- Maintain a high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization standards.
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Dynamic and proactive approach.
- Strong listening and communication abilities.
- Curiosity and willingness to take risks.
4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably in luxury goods.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
