1. Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent while adhering to headquarters' directives.
3. Cultivate a positive store culture.
4. Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
5. Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
6. Analyze results and conduct regular assessments including KPIs.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
8. Maintain high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
9. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operations.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization standards.
11. Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
4. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5. Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably in luxury goods.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
