- Drive brand engagement and loyalty among customers, particularly Top Clients and VIPs, to achieve store business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and manage store staff to maintain efficient store operations.
- Develop and implement action plans to meet general targets and profit and loss goals.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to headquarters and staff.
- Monitor the business environment, including local competition.
- Identify, attract, and retain talent within the team.
- Motivate and challenge the team regularly to enhance performance.
- Create development plans for sales staff and management.
- Promote the brand's culture both internally and externally.
- Maintain store atmosphere to uphold brand image.
- Build a network to enhance customer loyalty, especially among Top Clients and VIPs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.
- Continuously challenge and improve current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position.
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Strong organizational skills and precision.
- Adaptability, openness, and willingness to take risks.
- Dynamic, with strong listening abilities and curiosity.
- High availability and responsiveness.
- Product and fashion sensitivity.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word and Excel.
3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury fashion industry.
