- Promote brand engagement and loyalty among customers, particularly Top Clients and VIPs, to achieve store business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all procedures set by Headquarters, managing store staff and operations efficiently.
- Attract, recruit, develop, and retain customers and talents.
- Implement action plans to achieve targets and manage profit and loss.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to Headquarters and staff.
- Monitor the business environment, including local competition.
- Motivate and challenge the team regularly, creating development plans for sales staff and management.
- Promote the brand's culture internally and externally, ensuring the store atmosphere reflects the brand image.
- Build a network of influential individuals in the luxury business to enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure all processes comply with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
- Challenge current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position
