4. Implement action plans to achieve store targets and profit and loss objectives.
5. Set and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
6. Provide high-quality feedback and analysis to headquarters and team members.
7. Stay informed on market trends and competitors.
8. Foster a positive work environment through open communication.
9. Ensure professional growth and training of team members through continuous coaching.
10. Develop sales staff and management to enhance performance.

14. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.

16. Supervise warehouse stock and align it with sales potential.
17. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office operations.
18. Optimize stockroom management for efficiency.

1. 3 - 5 years of successful managerial experience.
2. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.

4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
