- Develop sales staff and management to enhance performance.

- Maintain store atmosphere in line with brand image.
- Handle customer complaints and sales processes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
- Challenge current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise warehouse stock and align it with sales potential.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office operations.
- Optimize stockroom management for efficiency.
- 3 - 5 years of successful managerial experience.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Adaptability, transparency, and dynamism.
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Exceptional persuasiveness and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3 - 5 years in a managerial role within luxury retail.
