1. Promote brand engagement and loyalty by building strong relationships with top clients.
2. Oversee all store processes to ensure compliance with headquarters' procedures.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor.
4. Implement action plans to achieve store targets and profitability.
5. Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
6. Provide high-quality feedback and analysis to headquarters and team members.
7. Stay informed on market trends and competitors.
8. Foster a positive work environment through open communication.
9. Ensure professional growth and training of team members through continuous coaching.
10. Create development plans for sales staff and management.
11. Build a network to promote customer loyalty, especially with top clients.
12. Maintain store atmosphere and team behavior in line with brand image.
13. Address customer complaints and sales process issues appropriately.
14. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
15. Challenge and improve current processes for efficiency.
16. Supervise warehouse stock and align it with sales potential.
17. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office operations.
18. Optimize stockroom management for process efficiency.

1. 3 - 5 years of successful experience in a managerial role.
2. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.

3. Exceptional persuasiveness and interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

3 - 5 years of successful experience in a managerial role within luxury retail.
