1. Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with Headquarters' directives.
3. Foster a positive store culture.
4. Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
5. Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
6. Analyze results and set up yearly assessments, including KPIs.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
8. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operation.
9. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.
10. Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
3. Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
4. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5. Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

4 to 6 years of managerial experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods, managing a team of at least 10.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Base compensation range is $90,000 – $100,000 with bonus eligibility.
