1. Lead and align the team with corporate initiatives, sales goals, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
2. Ensure professional development and training of staff through a coaching approach.
3. Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
4. Analyze results and conduct regular assessments of KPIs.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
6. Foster customer experience and loyalty.
7. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.
9. Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

1. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in retail management.
2. Experience managing a team of 5 or more.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

5. Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur expense reporting is a plus.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a retail management capacity, with experience managing teams of 5 or more.
