1. Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify, attract, recruit, and develop talent while fostering a positive store culture.
3. Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
4. Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
5. Analyze results and conduct assessments based on KPIs.
6. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
7. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal standards.
9. Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
4. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5. Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

4 to 6 years of managerial experience in retail, specifically within the luxury sector, managing teams of at least 10 individuals.
