1. Promote brand engagement and loyalty among customers, particularly focusing on Top Clients and VIPs.
2. Ensure compliance with headquarters' procedures and manage store staff effectively.
3. Implement action plans to achieve business targets and profit and loss objectives.
4. Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to headquarters and staff.
5. Monitor the business environment, including local competition.
6. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
7. Motivate and challenge the team regularly.
8. Develop sales staff and management through tailored development plans.
9. Promote the brand's culture both internally and externally.
10. Ensure the store atmosphere aligns with the brand image.
11. Build a network to enhance customer loyalty, especially among Top Clients and VIPs.
12. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.
13. Challenge and improve current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

1. 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position
