1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure optimal management.
2. Maintain the highest standards of store environment and customer service.
3. Greet and assist customers, addressing inquiries and complaints.
4. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
5. Lead, motivate, and develop the store team, fostering individual and team growth.
6. Supervise sales activities, inventory management, and cash reconciliation.
7. Enforce safety, health, and security protocols.

1. University degree preferred with a minimum of 8 years in retail sales/store operations.
2. At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred.

1. Strong sense of high-end fashion.
2. Experience in visual merchandising and promotions is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin.
4. Leadership charisma, patience, detail-oriented, and organized.

A minimum of 8 years in retail sales/store operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.

University degree preferred.
