1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Maintain exemplary customer service standards and a premium store environment.
3. Implement and uphold the Retail Excellence culture at the store level.
4. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Ensure optimal organization of products, processes, and personnel in alignment with business strategy.
6. Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
7. Foster an environment conducive to team and individual growth.
8. Supervise sales activities, inventory management, and customer service operations.
9. Ensure adherence to all headquarters guidelines, rules, and processes.
10. Guarantee compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, including sustainability and HR policies.

1. University degree preferred.
2. 6-8 years of experience in retail sales or store operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

1. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and high-end retail.
2. Proficiency in visual merchandising and promotional strategies.
3. Leadership charisma with patience and attention to detail.
4. Organizational skills and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.

A minimum of 6-8 years in retail sales or store operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in luxury goods or premium fashion is preferred.

University degree preferred.
