1. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
2. Prepare and manage the annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
3. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Maintain the store's image in alignment with corporate standards.
5. Oversee all administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
6. Implement and follow up on specific Back Office action plans as defined with HQ and the Store Operations Manager.
7. Provide high-quality feedback and reports to the Store Operations Manager.
8. Communicate effectively with the Store Operations Manager regarding product turnover.
9. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
10. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. 3-5 years of significant experience in stock management.
2. Proven managerial experience leading a team.
