1. Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnovers and implement specific action plans.
2. Coordinate and prepare for the annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
3. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Deliver high-quality feedback and reports to the Store Director.
5. Foster a positive work environment and promote brand culture.
6. Maintain store image in alignment with corporate standards.
7. Ensure excellent customer service during after-sales processes.
8. Oversee administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
9. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
10. Communicate effectively with the Store Director regarding product turnover.
11. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
12. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

1. 3-5 years of significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks.
