- Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.

- Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans in coordination with HQ and Store Director.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Director regarding product turnover.
- Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
- 3-5 years of significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks.
- Proven managerial experience leading a team.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Precision and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and openness to new ideas.
- High availability and responsiveness.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word and Excel.
3-5 years of experience in stock management and administrative tasks, with successful managerial experience.
