1. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
2. Prepare and reconcile annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
3. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Provide comprehensive feedback and reports to the Store Director.
5. Foster a positive work environment and promote brand culture internally and externally.
6. Maintain store image in alignment with corporate standards.
7. Ensure exceptional customer experience during after-sales processes.
8. Manage administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
9. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans defined with HQ and Store Director.
10. Report and communicate product turnover information to the Store Director.
11. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
12. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

1. 3-5 years of significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks.
