Yves Saint Laurent Stock Manager

- Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
- Prepare and reconcile annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports to the Store Director.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote the brand culture internally and externally.
- Maintain store image in alignment with corporate standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience during the after-sales process.
- Manage all administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
- Execute Back Office action plans as defined by HQ and Store Director, ensuring follow-up at the store level.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Director regarding product turnover, ensuring the right product is available at the right time and place.
- Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
- 3-5 years of experience in stock management and administrative tasks.
- Proven managerial experience leading a team.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Precision and organizational skills.
- Adaptability, openness, and curiosity.
- High availability and responsiveness.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3-5 years of experience in stock management and administrative tasks, with successful managerial experience.
