1. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
2. Prepare and reconcile annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
3. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Provide detailed feedback and reports to the Store Director.
5. Foster a positive work environment and promote the brand culture internally and externally.
6. Maintain store image in alignment with corporate standards.
7. Ensure exceptional customer experience during the after-sales process.
8. Manage all administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
9. Execute Back Office action plans as defined by HQ and Store Director, ensuring follow-up at the store level.
10. Communicate effectively with the Store Director regarding product turnover, ensuring the right product is available at the right time and place.
11. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
12. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. 3-5 years of experience in stock management and administrative tasks.
