1. Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
2. Assist in the preparation of the annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
3. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Contribute to a positive work environment and promote the brand culture.
5. Maintain store image in accordance with corporate standards.
6. Ensure exceptional customer experience during after-sales processes.
7. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
8. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans defined with HQ and Store Director.
9. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
10. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. Significant experience in stock handling (2+ years).

A minimum of 2 years of experience in stock handling is required.
