1. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow, including preparation, shipment, and receipt of orders.
2. Prepare, pack, and dispatch goods to retail outlets and warehouses.
3. Manage various types of transfers and direct-to-order processes.
4. Ensure smooth execution of price changes.
5. Oversee monthly inventory controls and implement specific action plans to address issues.
6. Prepare and execute annual inventory counts.
7. Implement action plans to prevent discrepancies.
8. Manage negative stock situations through analysis and adjustments.
9. Identify optimal stock levels to meet sales objectives and alert when there are shortages or overstock.
10. Handle emergency situations such as late deliveries, supply shortages, and order errors.
11. Ensure efficient organization of the stockroom in line with guidelines.
12. Manage consignments, including opening, tracking, closing, and billing, as well as handling damaged products.
13. Manage shipments specifically related to remote sales.
14. Act as the main point of contact for defective items and operational tickets.
15. Apply company policies and operational procedures.
16. Contribute to maintaining a constructive work environment.

1. In-depth knowledge of the retail environment and fundamental stock management experience (3-5 years).
