1. Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and execute specific action plans.
2. Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of the annual inventory.
3. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold the brand's culture.
5. Maintain the store's image in alignment with corporate standards.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service during the after-sales process.
7. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
8. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
9. Prepare, pack, and dispatch merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
10. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in stock handling.
