6. Deliver exceptional customer service during the after-sales process.
7. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
8. Execute Back Office action plans as defined by headquarters and store management.
9. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
10. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
