1. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and execute specific action plans.
2. Assist in preparing the annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
3. Ensure consistent stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Contribute to a positive work environment.
5. Promote the brand's culture both internally and externally.
6. Maintain the store's image in accordance with corporate standards.
7. Ensure exceptional customer experience during after-sales processes.
8. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
9. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans defined by HQ and the Store Director.
10. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
11. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. Significant experience in stock handling (2+ years).
