1. Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnovers and execute specific action plans.
2. Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
3. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Contribute to a positive work environment.
5. Promote the brand's culture both internally and externally.
6. Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service during the after-sales process.
8. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
9. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans as defined by HQ and the Store Director.
10. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
11. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in stock handling.
