- Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnovers and execute specific action plans.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
- Promote the brand's culture both internally and externally.
- Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during the after-sales process.
- Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
- Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans as defined by HQ and the Store Director.
- Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in stock handling.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Competency in computer skills, particularly Word and Excel.
Candidates must possess significant experience in stock handling, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
