1. Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
2. Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
3. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Contribute to a positive work environment.
5. Promote the brand's culture both internally and externally.
6. Maintain the store's image in alignment with corporate standards.
7. Ensure an excellent customer experience during the after-sales process.
8. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
9. Execute specific Back Office action plans as defined by headquarters and the Store Director.
10. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
11. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. Significant experience in stock handling (2+ years).

A minimum of 2 years of experience in stock handling is required.
