1. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow, including preparation, shipment, and receipt of orders.
2. Prepare, pack, and dispatch goods to retail locations and warehouses.
3. Manage various types of transfers and direct-to-order processes.
4. Ensure seamless execution of price changes and provide excellent customer experience throughout processes.
5. Monitor and control monthly inventories and implement specific action plans to address issues.
6. Prepare and execute the annual inventory.
7. Implement specific action plans to prevent discrepancies.
8. Manage negative stock situations through analysis, research, and adjustments.
9. Identify optimal stock levels to meet sales objectives and alert on missing or overstocked items.
10. Handle emergency situations such as late deliveries, supply shortages, and order errors.
11. Ensure efficient organization of the back office according to guidelines.
12. Manage consignments, including opening, tracking, closing, and billing, as well as handling damaged items.
13. Oversee shipments related to remote sales.
14. Act as the primary contact for defective products, including opening and tracking tickets.
15. Apply company operational policies and procedures.
16. Contribute to maintaining a constructive work environment.

1. In-depth knowledge of the retail environment and substantial experience in stock management (3 to 5 years).
