1. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow, including preparation, dispatch, and receipt of orders.
2. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
3. Handle various types of stock transfers.
4. Ensure smooth execution of price changes and shipments to outlets.
5. Follow up and control monthly inventories and implement specific action plans to avoid discrepancies.
6. Prepare and execute annual inventory.
7. Manage stock levels to achieve sales targets and ensure proper back-of-house organization.
8. Address emergency situations such as late deliveries, supply shortages, and order errors.
9. Deploy omnichannel services, including distance selling.
10. Act as the primary point of contact and supervisor for stores regarding After Sales and Before Sales processes.
11. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
12. Promote a positive work environment and the brand's culture internally and externally.

1. In-depth knowledge of the retail environment and fundamental experience in stock handling (3-5 years).
