1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.
2. Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
3. Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently to meet client expectations.
5. Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
6. Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory.
7. Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
8. Ensure the stockroom and salesfloor adhere to company Visual Standards.
9. Support sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and assistance with sales as needed.
10. Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.

1. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
2. Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Pro-active and team-centric attitude.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of two years of retail experience, with a preference for luxury or contemporary fashion environments.

Base compensation ranges from $19/hr to $20/hr.
