1. Maintain and organize the stock room efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and order by area, zone, and category.
2. Accurately record stock inventory and ensure all transport documents are properly completed both manually and in the system.
3. Implement and uphold policies and procedures for loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and quality issue management.
4. Coordinate periodic returns, inter-store transfers, and the receiving and dispatching of stock to and from the warehouse.
5. Support sales staff to facilitate the selling process.

1. Completion of Form 5 or equivalent educational level with relevant work experience.

1. Action-oriented and well-organized with a focus on internal customer service.
2. Fluency in Cantonese and basic proficiency in English.

A minimum of one year of experience in store operations or stockroom management, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry.
