- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.
- Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
- Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory.
- Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure stockroom and salesfloor adhere to company Visual Standards.
- Support sales team on the salesfloor as needed.
- Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with shipping programs and inventory management.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of retail experience, with a preference for those with a background in luxury or contemporary fashion environments.
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $22/hr. - $24/hr.
