- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor according to company standards.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners promptly to prevent inventory errors.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently to meet client expectations.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories.
- Prepare the stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
- Ensure the stockroom and salesfloor adhere to company Visual Standards.
- Support the sales team on the salesfloor as needed for coverage and assistance with sales.
- Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with a preference for luxury or contemporary environments.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proactive and team-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
A minimum of two years in a retail setting, preferably within the luxury or contemporary sectors, is required.
