1. Manage merchandise flow within the store, adhering to all internal logistics procedures.
2. Monitor and control monthly inventories and implement specific action plans.
3. Prepare for annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
4. Ensure consistent stock levels to meet sales targets.
5. Maintain organization and appearance of all areas in line with Visual Merchandising Standards.
6. Receive, check, label, and store all incoming merchandise.
7. Organize and maintain stock areas.
8. Handle transfers and check-ins.
9. Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
10. Manage packaging and small stationery orders.

1. Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a stock department.
2. Experience in the luxury sector is required.
3. 1-3 years in a retail environment.
4. Retail stockroom experience is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in IT systems.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

At least 2 years of experience in a stock department, preferably within the luxury sector.
