1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor according to company standards.
2. Handle shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
3. Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently to meet client expectations.
5. Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
6. Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
7. Collaborate with the Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
8. Ensure the stockroom and sales floor adhere to company Visual Standards.
9. Support the sales team on the sales floor as needed for coverage and assistance with sales.
10. Manage all supply orders needed for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors.

1. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
2. Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Proactive and team-centric attitude.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of 2 years in retail, preferably within the luxury or contemporary fashion sectors.
