1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.
2. Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
3. Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
5. Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories.
6. Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory.
7. Collaborate with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies.
8. Ensure adherence to company Visual Standards in stockroom and salesfloor.
9. Support sales team on the salesfloor as needed.
10. Manage supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Experience with shipping programs and inventory management.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Proactive and team-centric attitude.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of two years of experience in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors.
