- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
- Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories.
- Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure stockroom and sales floor adhere to company visual standards.
- Support the sales team on the sales floor as needed.
- Manage supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in shipping programs and inventory management.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
A minimum of two years in a retail environment, with a preference for experience in luxury or contemporary settings.
Base compensation ranges from $18/hr to $20/hr.
