1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
2. Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
3. Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
5. Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories.
6. Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
7. Collaborate with the Operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies.
8. Ensure stockroom and sales floor adhere to company visual standards.
9. Support the sales team on the sales floor as needed.
10. Manage supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in shipping programs and inventory management.
3. Strong working knowledge of Excel.
4. Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of two years in a retail environment, with a preference for experience in luxury or contemporary settings.

Base compensation ranges from $18/hr to $20/hr.
