Yves Saint Laurent Stock Associate

- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
- Handle shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners promptly to avoid inventory errors.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
- Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
- Liaise with the Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
- Ensure the stockroom and sales floor adhere to company Visual Standards.
- Support the sales team on the sales floor for coverage and assistance with sales as needed.
- Manage all supply orders needed for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proactive and team-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of retail experience, ideally within the luxury or contemporary sector.
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $20 - $23/hour.
