1. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
2. Prepare for annual inventory audits and address any discrepancies.
3. Ensure a consistent stock level to meet sales targets.
4. Maintain the organization, grooming, and appearance of all areas in compliance with Visual Merchandising Standards.
5. Receive, verify, label, and store all incoming merchandise.
6. Organize and maintain stock areas in an orderly fashion.
7. Manage product transfers efficiently.
8. Prepare and dispatch returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
9. Handle orders for packaging and small stationery items.

1. Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a stock department.
2. Experience in the luxury sector is mandatory.
3. 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
4. Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

1. Proficiency in IT systems relevant to inventory management.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail.

A minimum of 2 years in a stock department, preferably within the luxury fashion industry, and 1-3 years in a retail environment.
