1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.
2. Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
3. Report shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
5. Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories.
6. Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory.
7. Collaborate with Operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
8. Ensure stockroom and salesfloor adhere to company Visual Standards.
9. Assist sales team on the salesfloor as needed.
10. Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in shipping programs and inventory management.
3. Strong working knowledge of Excel.
4. Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in a retail environment, with a preference for those with luxury or contemporary retail experience.
