1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.
2. Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
3. Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
5. Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories.
6. Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory.
7. Collaborate with Operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies.
8. Ensure stockroom and salesfloor adhere to company Visual Standards.
9. Support sales team with salesfloor coverage and assistance as needed.
10. Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in shipping programs, inventory management, and audits.
3. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
4. Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of two years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience.

Base compensation ranges from $20/hr to $23/hr.
