Yves Saint Laurent Stock Associate

- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.
- Handle shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
- Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory.
- Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
- Ensure the stockroom and salesfloor meet company Visual Standards.
- Support sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and assistance as needed.
- Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience.
Base compensation ranges from $20/hr to $23/hr.
