1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
2. Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
3. Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
5. Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
6. Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
7. Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies.
8. Ensure the stockroom and sales floor adhere to company Visual Standards.
9. Support sales team on the sales floor as needed.
10. Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and audits.
3. Proficient in Excel.
4. Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience.
