1. Support Saint Laurent Americas, including USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Panama.
2. Collaborate with Kering Shared Service, external BPOs, and the Finance team during monthly and year-end closing.
3. Integrate and review local Trial balances into the ERP system.
4. Prepare Margin Files and manage monthly recurring and non-recurring journal entries.
5. Analyze monthly activity of specific elements of the Profit and Loss statement.
6. Maintain Kering cash tool for the Latin America region.
7. Provide backup support for financial uploads in HFM.
8. Analyze financial activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Review and approve expense reports for the Latin America region.
10. Assist the Accounting Manager in ensuring process accuracy and efficiency with Kering Shared Service units and external BPOs.
11. Maintain a clean Trial Balance by ensuring timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations for all business units.
12. Approve invoices and inventory stock adjustments daily for the Americas region.
13. Support Senior Accountant in monthly variable rent calculations.
14. Manage intercompany activity and end-of-month billing and reporting to Kering affiliates.
15. Assist in the preparation of support for annual external and Group Internal audits.
16. Support management on ad hoc analyses and special projects.
17. Aid the Controller & Assistant Controller in monitoring internal control compliance and SOPs.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years in an accounting role; retail experience is advantageous.
3. Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

1. Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate data, and prepare concise reports and presentations.
5. Capacity to multi-task while adhering to critical deadlines.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining relationships with colleagues and international counterparts.
7. Commitment to confidentiality with sensitive company information.
8. Proactive in anticipating workload impacts and maintaining a positive work attitude, including willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.
9. Technologically adept and motivated to learn new systems; SAP experience is a plus.

A minimum of 2 years in an accounting role, with a preference for candidates with retail experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
