- Support Saint Laurent Americas, including USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Panama.
- Collaborate with Kering Shared Service, external BPOs, and the Finance team during monthly and year-end closing.
- Integrate and review local Trial balances into the ERP system.
- Prepare Margin Files and handle monthly journal entries.
- Analyze monthly activity of specific P&L elements.
- Maintain Kering cash tool for LatAm Region.
- Provide backup support for financial uploads in HFM.
- Analyze financial activity to identify improvement opportunities.
- Review and approve expense reports for LatAm Region.
- Assist the Accounting Manager in ensuring process accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean Trial Balance with timely balance sheet reconciliations.
- Approve invoices and inventory stock adjustments for the Americas Region.
- Support Sr. Accountant in monthly variable rent calculations.
- Manage intercompany activity and end-of-month billing and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation for annual external and Group Internal audits.
- Support management with ad hoc analyses and special projects.
- Aid in monitoring internal control compliance and SOPs.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting role; retail experience is advantageous.
- Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Advanced technical skills, including Excel, Pivot Tables, V Lookup, SUMIFS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate data.
- Capacity to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with international colleagues.
- High regard for confidentiality and sensitive information handling.
- Proactive in anticipating workload impacts and maintaining a positive work attitude.
- System savvy with a willingness to learn new technologies; SAP experience is a plus.
A minimum of 2 years in an accounting role, preferably within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
