1. Support Saint Laurent Americas, including USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Panama.
2. Collaborate with Kering Shared Service, external BPOs, and the Finance team during monthly and year-end closing.
3. Integrate and review local trial balances into the ERP system.
4. Prepare Margin Files and manage monthly journal entries.
5. Analyze monthly financial activities and identify improvement opportunities.
6. Review and approve expense reports for the LatAm Region.
7. Ensure accuracy and efficiency of processes in partnership with Kering Shared Service units and external BPOs.
8. Maintain a clean trial balance by completing balance sheet reconciliations for all business units.
9. Approve invoices and inventory stock adjustments for the Americas Region daily.
10. Support the Senior Accountant in monthly variable rent calculations.
11. Manage intercompany activity and end-of-month billing and reporting to Kering affiliates.
12. Assist in the preparation for annual external and Group Internal audits.
13. Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects.
14. Monitor internal control compliance and SOPs.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role; retail experience is advantageous.
3. Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, V Lookup, and SUMIFS.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate data, preparing concise reports and presentations.
4. Capacity to multitask while adhering to critical deadlines.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with international colleagues.
6. High regard for confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
7. Proactive attitude and willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.
8. System savvy with a motivation to learn new technologies; SAP experience is a plus.

A minimum of 2 years in an accounting role, with retail experience considered a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
