- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal business clients, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
- Oversee all employee-related issues and manage the complete employee lifecycle.
- Define and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with Saint Laurent's culture and business objectives.
- Engage with external markets to maintain a robust talent pool and network.
- Coach management on performance management, skill gap analysis, and development planning.
- Identify and retain key contributors through talent review discussions and succession planning.
- Manage budget and forecasting processes, ensuring cost control and productivity at both retail and corporate levels.
- Implement global HR initiatives locally, adapting them to market-specific needs.
- Ensure compensation and benefits are competitive and aligned with market standards.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and address any labor-related issues.
- Execute HR operational activities, including payroll and legal compliance, with high quality.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement plans and HR initiatives.
- Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive environment.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in luxury or fashion retail environments.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of HR and employment legislation, particularly Italian labor law; knowledge of Spanish legislation is desirable.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are preferred.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- People-oriented with a solution-focused and results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage.
- Proficient in managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflict effectively.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and workforce analytics.
A minimum of 6-8 years in HR management, with a preference for experience in luxury or fashion retail environments.
Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
